Payment methods

On the check out page, you have the option of entering any coupons and vouchers you may have. We currently use PayPal Express Checkout, which accepts any Debit/Credit Card with Visa, MasterCard, Amex, and Discover. We are currently working on adding Cash on Delivery, Alipay, etc. so please stay tuned!

Taxes

VAT & customs taxes are dependent on final destination. VAT (Value Added Tax) is added for the sale of goods by the United Kingdom and may be added to your final order total. In the event that you are charged VAT or any additional customs taxes when your order is delivered, we will reimburse you for your expense. We are not obligated to cover these costs, however, the future is all about access and affordability—when, where and how you want it. To be reimbursed for your expense, please email us at orders@shopbxb.com with your order number, your expenses receipt (photos, if applicable). All refund claims must be made within 6 months of your order date. Please note: This service is not available for orders shipped to China, Japan, New Zealand, Australia, Singapore, Brazil, Argentina, UAE, Oman, Norway or Egypt.

Shipping exceptions

Fragrances and some home scents are considered to be "dangerous goods", so we are required to comply with international airfreight guidelines for shipping. This greatly increases our shipping costs so we must charge a small fee for FRAGRANCE-ONLY orders. We charge $10 shipping or 10% on purchase total (depending on country) on all FRAGRANCE-ONLY orders. To qualify for free shipping, just add a product from any other categories to your order (skincare, makeup, hair, nails, and/or body).  Again, fragrance or home scent orders cannot be sent via express shipping and they also CANNOT be returned under any circumstances due to international aviation restrictions.

Order confirmation

After placing your order, an e-mail confirmation will automatically be sent to you with your unique order number. Orders are shipped within 24 hours after the order has been placed.

Delivery

You can expect to receive your order shipped via standard shipping:
Major cities: 5-8 days
Other destinations: 9-14 days

Returns & exchanges

Currently, you cannot change an order once you have checked out.

Our return policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Fragrances and home scents CANNOT be returned under any circumstances due to international aviation restrictions.

Please contact our orders department at orders@shopbxb.com before returning anything, so we can inform you where to send and how to arrange the refund. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We guarantee a money back refund without question if you are dissatisfied in any way, but items must be returned in the original condition in which they were received. Returned items will be refunded using the same method used to make payment for the order. Return postage will only be reimbursed in case of damaged, defective or incorrectly sent items. Returns will be credited using the same method used to pay for the order, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@shopbxb.com.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@shopbxb.com

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
